I´m happy to learn that I have been invited to participate as part of the Selection Committee in the United Nations Solutions Summit 2017, which will advance the work of innovative solutions that address the Sustainable Development Goals during the UN General Assembly high-level week in the NYC headquarters this September! 535 projects were submitted and our work as part of the selection committee will start with the selection of the top 35 teams!! . :
Speaking role at NASA
I am delighted to learn that I have been offered a speaking role at the upcoming NASA Health and Air Quality Applied Sciences team´s conference to be held in the Earth Observatory of Columbia University in New York City. I will be sharing how my map of air quality, done using NASA satellite observations and data tools has encouraged the engagement of stakeholders from the academic, private, and public sector to collaborate in forming new regulations and committees to improve
