United Nations Technical Expert Program in Korea

This program organized by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and the Greenhouse Gas Research Institute of the government of Corea brought together 30 representatives of 30 different developing countries for one month in Corea.

This full time technical capacity building program on greenhouse gas emissions inventories was a key action to facilitate effective participation of all nations in the measurement, reporting and verification (MRV), and the transparency framework under the Paris Agreement.

My left ankle was injured in day 4. I stayed the rest of the month, regardless of the cast, and even won the unique Friendship Award, for establishing a great relationship with all the participating delegates.
